Overview
Velvet Key is a real estate SaaS that helps agencies manage property listings, capture and follow up on leads, and present properties to buyers. I contributed to the dashboard, listing workflows, and public property pages.
The Problem
Real estate teams juggle listings across portals, leads across WhatsApp and email, and notes in spreadsheets. They needed one workspace that ties properties and prospects together.

Reflection
Multi-tenancy has to be designed in from day one — scoping every query by agency early prevented a whole class of bugs later.
