Overview
A community hub for the Botmartz ecosystem where members can join discussions, find resources, and stay connected. I contributed to the member experience and the content features.
The Problem
Conversations with users and partners were scattered across chat groups and email. The company wanted a home for the community that it owned and could grow.
Architecture
Frontend
Next.js pages for feeds, profiles, and resources with Tailwind CSS styling.
Auth
JWT-based sign-in with protected member-only areas.
API layer
Endpoints for posts, comments, and profiles with basic moderation checks.
Data
MongoDB collections for members, posts, and interactions.

Reflection
Community products live or die on the first-session experience. Keeping sign-up light and showing active content immediately mattered most.
